The approach
The platform is organised around three paths: learning through programmes and courses, finding career opportunities, and connecting with mentors and peers. It also introduces the African Recovery Mentorship Program as a route into leadership development.

A web platform with dedicated course, jobs, and community sections, account registration, and a connected journey from discovering a programme to exploring the wider professional network.
